Yoga + Nature Immersion to Reconnect & Recharge

November 1-19, 2021

The WildYoga Immersion is a small, intimate program designed to fit your needs and is flexible to all levels of yoga experience. As we come together in community, the program combines restorative time in nature as well as the opportunity to reconnect with and invigorate your yoga practice.

Take it as a relaxing retreat, a chance to commit deeply to your practice, or as a step towards Yoga Teacher Certification.

This will be the first time we gather to practice at the new, exclusive Yosemite Moonstone Retreat. Adjacent to the yoga studio there are a limited set of luxurious rooms available to participants on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Testimonials

Mindy Wiper

I chose the Balanced Rock WildYoga Advanced Studies program because of their integration of the natural world into their teaching and practice, as well as their skilled instructors from various backgrounds. I also enjoyed that Balanced Rock pushed me to discover what MY own personal Yoga was. Balanced Rock focuses on teachings from several different styles, synthesizing their own unique blend of "Wild" Yoga--yoga that can be defined by the practitioner and calls upon the energy of the natural world for support, inspiration, and connection. Balanced Rock also brings in a healthy background of traditional outdoor education techniques that help the learners to learn from experience. I would recommend this program to anyone, from the beginning yogi to the more practiced, as their use of the outdoor classroom will add challenge and perspective to any level of practitioner.

Sirin Petch

Balanced Rock's WildYoga Advanced Studies program exceeded my expectations. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, safe practice, special considerations, and Ayurveda. Now I have a desire to share the knowledge they've given to me, and a community of friends who believe passionately in the interconnectedness of all beings and our bond with the Earth and environment.

Cassidy Engfer

Balanced Rock created an awesome program based on the 5-elements which correlates with the philosophy that they teach. The Instructors were really knowledgeable and kind. The small number of participants throughout the training really allowed for one-on-one time with the instructors and to build a close knit yoga family.

Healthy plants and trees yield abundant flowers and fruits. Similarly, from a healthy person, smiles and happiness shine forth like the rays of the sun.
